extreme tiredness

i got a bad flu 2 days after halloween, and i thoguht it was h1n1 i was very sick, i cured after a week or so, but i was still very tired. anyways i hooked up with my ex girlfriend after i was done on my pills, she had touncilites, i never got it, but my tooth and gum hurt REALLY bad and it still does for 2 months now,and then about 2 days after i had my hook up with my ex
i was wrestling with a friend, i got thrown on my neck and back where my body was completly folded and he was holding me there, i tried gettin out of the hold he had me in i used ALL OF MY MUSCLE, and i like felt my chest crush into my lungs(hearing cracks) and my ribs dig deep into my abdominal area, front AND back of my head allaround my ears felt like i ripped the muscle all the way down to my chest i was in much pain when i got up

my head is sooooo groggy n hurts, very short term memory
ive been going to the clinics and hostbitals because my back feels like its burning , my body feels like its extremely exausted to the point it feels like my brain is going to shut off .....having troubles breathing, feels like my chest is caved in and is pushing on my lungs... arms and legs feel really weak but i have strength just not energy , very unconfortable stomach, ears go deaf and then ring back in, im VERY dizzy 24/7, my neck hurts, left eye hurts more then the right one,everytime i swallow it feels like i have a pocket in my throat and my saliva just sits in it....i can cough once and my chest feels really sore inside for a good 10-20 seconds and it makes me panic to the floor, evertime i have to get up it feels like my heart is REALLLLY sore
my muscles have a crazy ticklish feelign when i have to use them and its in my chest, itsvery annoying
i feel like im going to puke everysecond

doctors tell me its axiety and deppression, but they have asked me this because my hostbital records say i had been diagnosed with deppression, but litterally it feels like i have an infection goin on but my blood shows up FINE?
ive had depreesion n anxiety i kno what it feels like and it deffnitly aint this
my chest xray came back good, my back came back good, but tthe docter today told me he thinks its nerve damage, i beleave him. but WHY do i feel like complete shit and soooooooooooooooo tired..... i asked if he could check me for mono... but he said i deffnitly dont have that. i think he was kinda a idiot for not testing it, because i feel like i have it, feels like i have a constant stomach flu, but i have a really strong stomach when it comes to throwing up...
i get alot of heart burn when ever i eat, could be a ucler??? id have to go make my self puke to see that tho right?
i feel like im going to die litterally....... pleaase someone help me!!

its been going on for 2 months and it feels like im getting much weaker EVERYDAY
im feeling very stressed about this problem because im only 20 and i use to be the one with so much energy and very athletic, and now im like im 80 years old feelin like im about to pass away it really is not a nice feeling and it makes me really sad

oh and i had catscans on my head and they came back fine... soo i am VERY confused.

i read up about clogged neck arterary, and the symptoms are all there.... just it doesent say about my ears ringin

Hi im a student nurse so dont count on this suggestion been 100% accurate. when i was on placement one of the patients had exactly what your symptoms are and they had a minor stroke. i dnt want to scare u lol. but after a stroke it doesnt show up on the cat scan until 24 hours afterwards. not sure if you have had multiple cat scans.

otherwise, just keep asking and asking your doctor to do more tests. they will eventually i promise.

no i never had multiple scans, but i dunno about a stroke, im only 20 years old
i notice tho everytime i get up out of my chair how if im sitting and i have to move my arms, i get faintish n really sick feeling threw my chest.... when i had my wrestling injury it felt like my sternum completly folded into my heart ....
im not sure then it shows that if sternum is injured it can do damage to the heart

im not sure. i do know that nausea when standing up is linked to diabetes. keep poundering ur doctor about it
