I have had a lot of problems within the past few years , and even some that have lasted longer. I need to know which ones i need to take professional medical action on.
Before I go into details on my problems, I'll describe my life style.

Now for a mix of clarifications and related problems.
Student - I'm on my 4th year of college. After I complete this year, I'll have 4 quarters left( 3 quarters in a school year, because i work in summer for money). I have dropped and failed a few classes. The earlier they are, the more likely for dropping and failing.
I have EXTREME trouble waking up in the morning. I literally feel like im watching myself hitting the snooze button over and over again. This being said, I can wake up if its work, 99% of the time, no matter how late i stay up. And even if i get 10 hours of sleep before a class, I still can sleep in for like 14 hours skipping classes. This leads me to believe its a problem with motivation and ambition. And i dont think any medicine or doctor can help me with that. I really dont know what can be done.
I've considered sleep apnea, but one of the major symptoms is snoring. I dont snore, but i do breathe differently when sleeping and i also have horrible breath throughout the day, but especially bad when i wake up in the morning. My father has had it for the past 10 years of his life.
I also have back problems if I sleep for long periods of time, usually past 7-8 hours; yet i'll still keep sleeping, knowing i'll hurt more and more , the more i sleep.
I also have problems focusing and paying attention some times. My parents told me when i was high school, it was just because I am young, and i'll grow out of it, but I'm 21 now, and it's just as bad as it was then. I have trouble reading sometimes, I'll have to stare at a few words and literally repeat them out loud multiple timer, louder and louder until i snap my brain from zoning out. I feel retarded when that happens. Usually happens once or twice a day.
Probably the only reason i'm posting now is because these things affected my life in a serious way. Found out my fiancee was cheating on me the past 2-3 months; her reasoning behind it was that I'm a loser and i never wake up for class, i spend too much time playing wow, and i dont clean up around the house much.
Is it my fault for not being able to wake up for class? i dont know, i feel like it is.
I play wow too much. Well I dont know, i feel like I'm doing something important and challenging. I absolutely love challenges, one of my more favorite things to do. TBH i dont find the game fun, I find it more like an enjoyable job that gives me no money. My play times are usually 630-11pm tues wed thurs. Gaming has been my life and a top passion in my life since a very young age.
As for cleaning up around the house... Most of the stuff that needs cleaning isn't mine. I wouldn't mind helping that much, but she doesn't do any cleaning in the first place, so why should i spend more time cleaning up HER crap when I'm the one paying the 70-80% of the monthly bills.
Kiddo is fairly healthy. He had ear infections from age 0 - 2, Last month, he got tube and adenoids removed, so hes doing alot better and can hear better. He's not where he should be on words and vocabulary, but thats most likely related to poor hearing earlier in his life.
Met my fiancee in high school, had problems on and off, but mostly we worked. Think her major problem with our relationship recently was just that we were parents, not alot of money and zero freedom to go out and do things, because parents on both sides of our families live in hometown, while were in college town. Found out last friday she was talking to this guy and had already kissed him atleast twice. I was furious and was packing up when she got home after i found out. She cooled me down and somehow i came to forgave her and give her another chance within 2 hours. So we did, and set some rules, She couldnt talk to the other guy ne more and i couldnt play wow that week. Sunday comes around, i found out she was still talkin to the guy. (99% of all talking was only through phone calls and Internet) I already asked for another apt, so we can split up and live in different apt's, but was going to take 2 weeks. She got home monday, and apparently she was sad, and for some reason, i decided to comfort her, we talked for like 2 hours about us, our son, and whats going on. After talking, we are getting along alot better now and she is now distraught on who she really wants. I dont know what to do with that and if its even relevant, maybe it was more of a rant on my part. But maybe someone will find it helpful.
I dont have the greatest diet, I dont exercise as much as i should. I'm 165lb and 5'11''. I eat 2-3 meals a day.
I'm not sure how much of that is relevant on my diagnosis(if there is even one).
My main problem i would like to solve is simply waking up in the morning... Sorry this message is so long, and thanks for your time.
