its in the top left area of my mouth, 2 spots ahead of where my top left wisdom tooth is, i do not know if its still save-able as the last time i went was a while ago and it has since turned gray but does not seem to be falling apart and does not hurt, if it can be saved would it be better to go through with a root canal and a temp filling, then a permanent filling and a crown,or is it better to just get it pulled since its a small tooth and my teeth will probably easily shift over the little bit that the gap would be if i got it extracted.
extract 1st molar or get root canal?
