I am enjoying everything about my switch from BB Storm to Droid X so far. My only real gripe is about the way automatic spacing works with Swype texting. I use Swype for emails and text messages extensively. Whenever I need to send a message that uses special characters like a colon (6:00) or an apostrophe (7'th), I always get an extra space after the character. Having to stop typing to move the cursor back one character and remove the added space each time I use these (and others not listed) characters is quite annoying! Does anyone have a solution for this burden? Is there any talk of solving this issue in a future firmware update?
