Explore talent? Is it helpful?

I have a profile on exploretalent.com I have no pictures because i didn't really paid attention to it and just forgot about it. Then later a lady called saying that she wants me to audition and that i need to put up some pictures. She also said that i need to pay so i can submit my headshot and resume. My question is should I do it? is it worth it? anyone that has experience, can you please tell me if explore talent is helpful and worth my money
