When they show a profile for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is says, "Tier 1; Rank 96; and 41 score" and for University of Kansas it says the same "Tier 1; Rank 96; and 41 score" and lastly of Kansas State University it says only, "Tier 3" please explain each of the categories and how you determine what school is better than the other?
