Explanation/Guidance for my Pre-calculus Study Guide?

I've answered as much as I could on my review packet and these are the questions i have left that leaves me troubled, i would appreciate it if you kindly help me



1) Find all angles (theta symbol) with 0 degrees less than or equal to (theta symbol) less than 360 degrees that are solutions of 13+22cos (theta symbol) = 16sin^2 (theta symbol)


10) A ferris wheel has a radius of 32 feet, and its center is 69 feet above the ground. The wheel travels at a constant speed of 25/36 pi per minute. The height of a point on the ferris wheel as a function of time is given by h(t)=69+32sin(25/36 pi), where h is the height in feet and t is time in minutes. Find h(t) when t=15 minutes.


11) Find all angles (theta symbol) with 0 degrees less than or equal to (theta symbol) less than 360 degrees that are solutions of 6cos (theta symbol) -4 = 0


18) Use factoring, the quadratic formula, or identities to solve tan^2 x+1=1-tan x. Find all solutions on the interval *bracket* 0, 2 pi).


19) Use factoring, the quadratic formula, or identities to solve 2cos^2 x+3cosx+1=0. Find all solutions on the interval *bracket* 0, 2 pi).
