My disclosure indicated that I do have underground leaking storage tanks within the 1/4 mile radius. There was a total of 5. I am specifically concerned that one was a "0" = no action taken and the other was a "5c" = Pollution Characterization. What does 5c, Pollution Characterization mean? Was any action taken, was it corrected?
Also, I requested a "CLUE" report and I got one but on the report it did not have the title "CLUE Report" the paper simply says "No matches found for the requested submitted" by the Buyer Protection Group. All of the disclosures I got was by that company too. Has anyone heard of them? Is that considered a "CLUE report"?
