Hi, before you ask, I am engaged and definitely old enough to be having sex! Every now and then I experience quite a discomforting pain during sex and I'm not sure why! The pain is at the entrance and inhibits me from even beginning to have sex most of the time. I've been to the doctors about it and had various tests including STI tests and all the results came back fine and nothing was found to point to why I was experiencing this. It's not an often thing but when I am having it, it can lower my partners libido as he feels he's causing it!
I was wondering if anyone else experiences this and could shed some light on the situation?
Thanks!
I've been to get a check up as I stated in the question.

And yes they did! I agree! We've tried that but I'm swaying more to it perhaps being psychological.

I do enjoy it and wish to on my own accord not on my fiancé's please but understandably it's quite a nuisance!

Is your partner stimulating you enough during foreplay? Lots of times the guy just jumps right into it expecting you to be ready without touching you at all and getting you warmed up. I have this problem sometimes with my husband. They don't understand that we don't get an instant erection like they do. I personally need oral and/or a lot of touching before I'm ready.

It could be psycological too if all your tests came back ok. I assume they checked you for things like cysts. If it keeps up see another gyno.
