Experiencing horrific arm pain after moving yesterday?

I moved a bunch of furniture yesterday and today I woke up with the most unbelievable pain in my arms, it's towards the back of my forearms on both arms just in front of the reverse side of my elbows. It's really unbearable what can I do about it? Pain killers are not helping
