Okay, so as of now, before I learn html5 i would like to learn HTML 4.O, CSS, XHTML ect.
Right now I am working with html 4, and I need to know, how do I add like...a new page? ive seen stuff like frames, but I'm not quite sure what they are, is that what im looking for? If you don't know what im talking about, for example, if i were on google, you have the option to change to web, images, and video, what should I look for to help me with this?
