No way. Far too dangerous until he realizes what idiots on the road can/will do. It's nice to be surrounded by a layer of steel while you get used to conditions.
He just got his license and he doesn't have much driving experience, especially in the city (we live in the city). He says he is ready, I say he isn't. He has only been driving, on occasion, for a month or so. He wants something like a Ninja.
