Experian Credit Report-Dispute?

I recently checked my credit report and everything seemed to be in order until I looked at the Personal Information. It has someones name under ''spouse" the name seems familiar to one of a person whom I worked with in the past. I have never been married!!! I am currently disputing this matter with Experian but I'm a total worry wart and can't help thinking this may have some negative effects on my score...Any advice
