People are talking about colonizing other planets, even space hotels, but why not start expanding underwater if were running out of room? You would make a giant structure underwater, and have pumps that pump in air from the surface. you could plant food if you had soil and a glass roof. solve agricultural problems and problems with overpopulation. Better yet have the sea currents power the pump and have it be self sustainable. This seems like a better solution than a moon base.
