Well ive got a 1990 GMC sierra with a chevy 350 small block with flowmaster muffler and i dont know about the catalytic converter... and ive heard from someone that I may be able to pass smog still with just the Catalytic converter and nothing else, but then i may not be able to be under the Db meter (which i think was 95 is the highest)...
Is it even possible to get past smog and California laws if i was to just run my exhaust with only Catalytic converters? If not what can i do to make my truck sound louder, still staying within California Limits?
