I like exercising in the morning and at night everyday except Sunday which I take off to rest. I don't starve myself because I know that's how one gets their energy. So someone today told me that exercising 2 times a day doesn't help at all and that I should only go to the gym 2 times a week if I want to lose the rest of my weight. So my question is if its ok to exercise two times a day for like 1 hour each?
