I'm 110 lbs. and I'm very physically weak. I eat a healthy diet (lots of fruits, vegetables and grains) and I get SOME exercise (sometimes I take walks around my neighborhood and my school building has a lot of stairs I go up and down every day).
I want to get stronger and have a decent work-out plan to gain a little muscle and have more energy, sometimes just doing household chores wears me out. I don't want something that will be too much for my frame and/or make me even skinnier, because I am extremely skinny already. Any advice would be helpful, thank you in advance
