My routine is made up of a short warm up on a tread mill, 45 minutes of weight lifting and then an hour of cardio. I am wondering by doing the extra cardio am I burning the energy I need to get bigger stronger muscles? Should I be adjusting my diet so I can continue the cardio workout after my weight training. I feel like the hour workout after the train is good for me, and keeps me in shape and gets my muscles loose again so it is not a matter of not running after I lift weights. I would like to hear some input on this though.
