Exercising Plateau and how to deal with it?

For the past month or so I have been exercising and dieting, but for the past week I have seen very little results from my exercising except for the fact that my cardio is better than it has ever been. I believe either I have plateaued or my muscle mass is going beyond my fat loss due to the way I feel more muscle mass throughout my body. What are some healthy ways for me to increase my caloric intake to motivate my metabolism and in general my next step?
