Ok..so I bought a few years ago an indoor bike to exercise. I used it for a while then I just stopped. But recently I been getting on it. I just wanted to know if burning 300 calories each time I use is good enough to lose weight. I'm not overweight or anything I just wanna lose some fat and just tone my body. I'm 5'3 124 lbs. Im also eating the best I can and having 8-10 glasses of water a day. Any advice or tips would be helpful.
