Exercising on a Bike....?

I am currently on a calorie controlled diet! i am 10 stone and i would like to loose a couple of pounds and really tone up!!! i recently bought a bike and i did a 2hour bike ride last night. Partly on flat ground and then i went through the woods, which had alot of hills to climb..... i was wondering how long will it take for me to get a tonned bum and thighs? i am planning on doing this 2 hour bike ride everyday.... please help

2 hours, wow. Any flab around your bum should be gone after a short while. keep it in a high gear and get a out of the saddle once in a while to *really" work out those glutes
