I'm extremely out of shape. So out of shape that I no longer feel safe going outside in the Texas heat to exercise because I'm overweight and because of my asthma. Since I've gained weight my asthma has gotten more severe and doesn't mix well with heat. I currently do not have a rescue inhaler because I don't have the money to go to the doctor to get it refilled. Basically my question is: are there any exercises that I can do inside with limited space until it either gets cooler outside or I feel it is okay for me to start walking again. (P.S. please do not suggest sit ups or crunches. they hurt my neck too much.)
