I just got a new Gym membership, and I am determined to create a habit of going to exercise 45 mins at least four times during the week.
Thing is, I am not sure when the best time generally is for the body. For instance:
- I wake up around 5am, and start work (Sitting on a PC) at 7am. Is it healthy to get up, and within 20 mins be walking on a treadmill or biking?
- My lunch is around noon. I could go -most time consuming option- and exercise for a while then (My worry is then how it will affect my work schedule).
- Or, I could go around 4-5pm, after I get out of work.
Does it really matter? I am quite out of shape, and I want to start slowly but surely. Mornings sound best to me, however I wonder if its healthy for the body to go from 8hs of laying still, to 45 mins of various exercises (cardio).
Please speak from experience, as I am a pretty good guesser by myself already
