exercises with an injury!!?

During my cross country season this past couple months i encountered hip problems. To my surprise, i have recently found out that i have a minimally displaced avulsion fracture on my iliac crest. i'm a TOTAL endurance junkie. i went from swimming for an hour, running 6-10 miles, or biking for over an hour to not being able to do anything!! it's absolutely killing me. my endorphins haven't had a chance to be released in awhile and i'm experiencing emotional and mental distress. if anyone knows of ANY type of exercise that doesn't involve the hip, gluteus medius/maximus, or anything that would irritate it anymore that would be great!! it's been quite the frustrating highschool year and i need something to get me back to being my happy self again!!! thank you!!
