I have asthma as a child but it starts to heal last year and now it's as good as gone (compared to how it was before). But I have problems during running and jogging, my lungs can't keep up. I rarely do hard exercises to avoid EIA as a child but now it's not a problem of asthma (if I took a puff of inhaler as a prevention before exercise) but it's my lungs which isn't used to these exercises.
Should I do a specific exercise that would improve my lungs' condition faster or just get better gradually by running or jogging consistently?
