Two weeks ago i got back surgery and now im walking and doing all that kind of stuff and i don't go back to my doc for another two weeks, so i was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on exercises to do to help my strengthen my legs before the operation it had been about 7 months that i couldn't walk more than 100 ft. so obviously i lost alot of muscle and now im starting to feel my knee give out.
