Exercises to extend torso?

Right, so I asked a question recently about possible ways to lengthen my torso, and someone answered and suggested pilates. However, I need to know specific exercises/stretches and how to do them to get this result. PLEASE no negative posts saying its impossible. I've heard of it working on several people I know personally, as well as other people, and whether im right or wrong, I wont listen to you if you tell me its not possible. So please, none of that. Thanks in advance. BY THE WAY the reason I posted this in the Swimming and Diving section is because I'm looking to extend my torso so that I may be more efficient and agile in the water.
