Hello! I am very interested in free running and think it's really cool that people do it. However, I am not in the greatest of shape. I would like to know if someone could come up with a zero-equipment daily workout schedule for me that will help my overall muscle tone/general health/weight loss, and will also incorporate some of the endurance and quickness involved with free running.
