I have a big um butt, but I want to lose weight, like 20 pounds or so. What would be exercises to avoid that would make my butt get flatt? I know you can't "spot reduce" and lose weight on certain areas but I use to weigh like 120 and still had curves, I don't know if that is my body type but I think it is.
