I am getting more free weights soon, but what I have right now is:
- A 10 lb free weight and a 15 lb kettle bell
- A treadmill
- A 40 pound punching bag that I lift and hold on my shoulders during full body squats
- A couch to hold my feet for sit ups
- that "Perfect" Sit up thing they sell on tv
I don't have a very sophisticated setup, but I have what I am told that I need. What kind of exercises should I practice before joining the Marine Corps? How should I train? I'll take all the help I can get. I'm 15, and I want to start preparing now.
