B Bre New member Dec 15, 2010 #1 I'm 14 and I want to tone up. I love riding my bike but I'm able to adjust to any kind of exercise. It's mostly my stomach and arms that need to be tone. My legs are fine. Can you guys give me any good workouts to do?
