Well I am already in great shape because of track. I don't have visible abs though! If I flex then I can feel the abs, lurking under the flab. Haha. I think I could so easily get some visible ones if I work out. I just need a workout schedule to follow. I am 13 by the way. 5' and 95 pounds. No real fat on me! Please be positive! Also, don't tell me what to eat. I got that pretty much covered. Thank you! I really don't want to hear that crunches will do the trick. I want a variety of stuff to do!
