I had a nasty bout of tendinitis in college (over-exercising and under-resting), and after a combo of increased weight lifting and moving (lots of boxes to lift and carry), I'm there again. You know, shooting pains along the forearm tendon and dull ache in the elbow joints.
I know rest is important, but could I push the weight lifting down to just a little rehab work and swim and do pilates/yoga in its place? I really don't want to just do "nothing" for two weeks.
Anyone been there?
