Im pretty young and in pretty good shape although im not very fit, get puffed kinda easy and have a stomach that i want to get rid of. Im no good at sit ups (i have a pretty bad back). Holidays just started so i want to be able to get rid of my stomach in 2 weeks. if you have any suggestions on how i can exercise my stomach id be glad to hear em.
