I plan on going full vegan on Monday, Ive done it before in the past and it always made me feel great. But I never did anything but cardio while I was vegan, Ive heard bad things about weight lifting without a lot of protein and carbs. I used to weight lift hardcore, supplemented and dieted (kind of) for it as well. I gained a lot of muscle mass, I mean a lot! I havent worked out in years, Ive gained a lot of fat, but Ive maintained all the muscle mass I gained as well.
Now I dont want to be all buff and stuff, Id really like to have the body of like a surfer or something. I know that if I lost all my fat Id have a big muscular body. So Im wondering first off what kind of exercises can I do that will make me loose some of my muscle mass and what kind of exercises can I do being a vegan?
I dont have a problem using amino acids in pill form, but the protein powders is what I dont like. They usually hurt my stomach, and the vegan ones, taste like a mix between play dough and shit. So what kind of stuff can I do here? I appreciate any replies.
