So, I want to look healthy and fit for a trip my family and I are taking. I was wondering if anyone had any good exercising tips I could use at home.
The reason that I ask for home routines are because I'm not able to get to a gym whatsoever. I'm fifteen years old and about a hundred and twenty-five pounds. I'm pretty slim and I haven't worked out much, so I need exercise routines that aren't very complicated or too much for me to handle. I would like to focus on more upper body workouts (chest, abs, arms, etc.). The only weights I currently have are twenty pound weights, which I can barely pull up without my elbow on my knee (like I said before, I don't work out much). Maybe some easier bicep/triceps workouts I can use with those weights?
I have about a month and a half before my family trip and I'd like to get started ASAP. If you could tell me how many reps I should do for each individual exercise, that'd be great also. Thanks a lot and I hope to get some effective answers!
@Greeny: My school is actually an hour away if I walk. I already jog every other day, but thanks for the suggestion.
