I'm a 23 female, weigh 134 lbs. and I'm 5"4'. I want to tone up for a trip to Hawaii in May but I'm not very knowledgeable with working out. I want to focus on arms, core and inner thighs.
So far I've been going to the gym 5 times a week doing 30 minutes of cardio and then weight machines.
Any suggestions for some floor exercises or other things to add?
