Exercise results for 5'2 103 lbs?

I've been running 4.5 miles every day, there are four hills on my route and I keep a steady pace.
I want to know if this is enough to burn fat and/or tone my legs.
Also, how long will this take, will I see ANY results in 2 weeks.
My diet is not to great, it's more quality then quantity.
About 500 cals a day, with protein and I take vitamins.
