Exercise plan? 10 points for best?

Day 1 - 40 minute cardio dvd followed by a 20 minute run and 30 minute muscle toning work out
Day 2 - 40 minute run in morning followed by a 20 minute run in afternoon and 30 minute muscle toning work out

repeating everyday except sunday.
I'm looking to burn fat and tone muscle. Is this a good plan?

I'm 5'1, 60kgs, eat around 1200 calories and drink a lot of water daily.
