Hi, First time on here so apologies for any errors. I am trying to lose some weight as part of a 30 goals in 30 days challenge. The goals cover exercise, nutrition, lifestyle, acticvty, mental.
I am really enjoying the programme and whislt i am doing the exercise i dont seem to be losing weight. Any tips as to why this may be?
