exercise.. how am i supposed to with limited resources.?

pretty much again as the question asks..
as some of my previous questions ask how to deal with my stupid depression, they suggested i exercise..
how can i exercise when -
when i go to a gym, i feel everyone is watching me and im the biggest person there..
(which doesn't help my anxiety disorder)
i don't have like.. weights or those exercise ball things
i don't get much time/money
nor do i wish to join a sports team of any sort because i hate joining a place where again i don't feel i fit in..
etc etc..

but i really do want to try to lose some weight.. i feel terrible about myself appearance wise..
i just want to do it in a private place.
any suggestions?
