can anyone tell me a treadmill workout I need to lose 80 pounds or so I am new to the treadmill and working out in general so nothing too hard please

I also plan on eating 1200 calories worth of healthy foods a day ( fruits veggies skinless chicken fish whole wheat pasta etc...) and drinking 4 bottles of water which is equvilant to 8 cups... I dont want to sound dumb but resistance training is things like bicep curls, crunches, squats, lunges etc... correct?
I dont eat right or exercise so the weight gain is mainly my fault but I also did have 2 kids very close together ( less than 18 months apart) they are now 25 months and 8 months soI am having trouble getting the extra baby weight off so I am willing to work out and eat very healthy
