Exercise for tennis elbow anyone?

Hi, this is my first post. Thanks for reading. I developed elbow tendinitis after taking Cipro. Doctor and pharmacist said this is rare. Nonetheless, I have it and it is painful I was given a cortisone injection yesterday morning and it is helping. The injection was very painful but then so is the tendinitis. I would do it again if necessary. It only hurts for a few seconds. I wasn't given any exercise instructions though. I went to our family doctor, not a specialist. I am hoping someone who has done the exercise will tell me what how to do them. Thank you, luvdgs
