exercise for a 15 yo girl!?

hi im extremly over weight like no joke im atleast 220 and i hate looking and feeling fat and unhealthy yes i am aware that my weight is sooooo bad like diabetes bad which i dont have which is why i want to lose weight , to be healthy not just for looks but to feel like a normal teen so my question is what is a light exercise programm that i can gradually increase the degrre of difficulty to? i already have a meal plan for 1600 calories a day but if you can can you maybe include one if you want of course .please help me i need to be Healthy!!!1
thanks for all the ideas!!!!!!!!!! but is there anythingi could do at home im too embaressed to work out in public because im veryyyy out of shape.
