Alright, so i resolved the question about how to gain weight
i have no weights no gym, etc.
Instead of weights, i know i can do push ups
and i can do pull ups too.
But just wondering, for a relatively weak guy, beginner for me, how many reps do i do, and how often every day, and breaks etc?
