I'm just starting off to run on a treadmill to get my fitness going.
I personally run at 10kh/s for 10 mins but I'm starting to do 15kh/s for 5 mins because I find it getting boring running on a treadmill for a while.
So Here's The Question:
Would there be any difference, for example: Running at 10kh/s for 10 minutes rather than running at 15kh/s for 5 mins?
