I am 5'7 and 150lbs. I am already a broad shoulder guy and a little pudgy at the bottom of my belly. I am planning to workout again, but this will be the first time I will be using whey protein or Creatine supplements. I am planning to do the P90x work out. My goal is to get RIPPED, but not bulky like a small car. I read that if I use those supplements I would get bulky which is the opposite of what I want. However, I also know that people that work out by doing high intensity reps or a lot of reps helps towards getting toned and ripped.
My question is: When I am doing the P90x workouts and taking supplements would the many reps stop me from getting BULKY?
OR ANY OTHER IDEAS TO HELP ME REACH MY GOALS. I AM PASSIONATE and COMMITTED TO THIS!
