I weight 210lbs (15st, 95kg).
I want to lose weight for my wedding in August 2012. My ideal weight is 145lbs (11st).
I have a home exercise bike and dumbbells. I use them together 3 times a day 20/30 minutes each session.
Is this the right way to lose weight. I know it's not the best way, but is it a good way.
When i get to 180lbs or 160lbs I'll maybe use the gym or run in the park. I can't do that right now because whilst I'm confident, I don't have the body confidence.
Am I on the right track??
P.s. I'm changing my eating habits. All meats are grilled (never fried) and all meals have over one third salad/veg.
