Ok so every other day i get on the exercise bike for like 30 mins with a sweat belt on my belly .. when im done im really sweaty, after i do the exercise bike i do crunches and situps about 25-30 .. i want to loose some fat from my stomach and get fit .. i only weight 122 but i have a little tummy and love handles, I Also want to loose my love handles .. how long would it take for me to loose my stomach and for me to see results .. should i do it for longer?
