exercise bike/cross trainer to lose weight?

hi.
i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice/feedback on what i have been doing for the last 4 weeks.
i need to lose weight, ideally id like to lose 3 stone, but 2 stone would be fine! i am watching my diet, and try not to eat more than 1300 calories per day (maximum)

i do 45 minutes on the exercise bike, at different settings, i alternate with the intensities etc.
then i do 20 minutes on a cross trainer (im just getting used to it so hope to do longer when i feel ready)
i then do some sit ups and a few press ups.

do you think i will lose weight by this? in the last 4 weeks i can see it in my body that i must have lost a bit, bu tii just wanted opinions as to whether what im doing is enough.

thanks for the replies so far guys. yes i do that every day. occasionally i may only do 30 mins on the bike, but thats only happened twice in the last month.
and thanks for the advice about calories, i was thinking i needed more too, considering what the exercise must burn off.
